Refunds, cancellations & delivery

Thank you for shopping at Intimacy School. We provide high-quality digital educational products— ebooks, PDFs, online courses, and programs. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Digital delivery — no physical shipping

Intimacy School exclusively offers digital products. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no physical shipping is involved or required. Your products include downloadable PDFs and ebooks, video-based courses, multi-module training programs, worksheets and guides, and subscription-based access to exclusive content.

All digital products are delivered electronically, immediately upon successful payment:

  • You get instant access as soon as your payment succeeds.
  • A confirmation email with access instructions is sent to your registered email.
  • All purchases are available in your account/library for immediate and future access.
  • Ebooks and PDFs have direct download links; courses are activated automatically.

Products are typically accessible within a few minutes. If you don’t receive access within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email — and if the issue persists, contact our support team immediately.

2. All digital products are non-refundable

Due to the nature of digital products and the instant access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on digital products under normal circumstances. This applies to:

  • All ebooks and PDF downloads
  • All online courses and programs
  • All digital content and resources
  • Membership subscriptions (see Subscription Cancellations below)
  • Bundle purchases and package deals
  • Products purchased during sales or with discount codes

Why we don’t offer refunds

Once you complete a purchase you immediately gain full access to the digital content. Unlike physical products, digital products cannot be “returned” — you retain access to the knowledge and materials. This policy protects the intellectual property of our content creators, prevents abuse of our educational materials, and keeps pricing fair for everyone who values and commits to their learning journey.

Before you buy

  • Carefully review the product description and what’s included.
  • Read customer reviews and testimonials.
  • Check any sample content or free previews where available.
  • Contact our support team if you have questions about a product.
  • Make sure the product meets your learning needs and expectations.

3. Exceptions & special circumstances

While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in these rare cases:

Technical errors on our part

If a technical error on our side prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, provide your order number and a detailed description. Our team will work to resolve it within 24–48 hours. If we cannot resolve it within 7 days, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours with both order numbers. We will verify the duplicate and refund one transaction.

Payment / charging errors

If you were charged but did not receive access due to a payment-gateway error, or were charged multiple times for a single purchase, contact us immediately with the transaction details and we’ll make it right.

Unauthorized transactions

If your payment method was used without your authorization, report it to us immediately and also contact your bank/payment provider. Please provide documentation to verify the claim.

All exceptions are handled case-by-case and are subject to verification. Refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Intimacy School management.

4. Technical support

If you have any trouble with a product you purchased — can’t access a course or ebook, broken download links, videos not playing, login/account problems, missing content, or download errors — we’re here to help. Email us with:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • The product name you’re having issues with
  • A detailed description of the problem (screenshots/error messages help)
  • Your device and browser information

We typically respond within 24 hours (business days) and resolve most issues within 48–72 hours; complex cases may take up to 7 business days.

5. Subscription cancellations

For any recurring subscription or membership:

  • You may cancel any time from your account dashboard, or by emailing us.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You keep access to subscription content until the end of the paid period.

Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, previous periods, or partial/unused time within a cycle. You’ll receive a reminder before renewal — cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

6. Payments & pricing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant), which supports credit/debit cards and UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and more). We do not store your complete card details on our servers.

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • International customers’ banks may apply currency-conversion charges.
  • You receive a payment confirmation email immediately after a successful transaction.
  • Order details and receipts are available in your account dashboard.

If a payment succeeds but you don’t receive confirmation or access, contact us immediately.
